What the Release Candidate 9 brings to ACCS

More stable, more robust, and further IAMD capabilities: what the Release Candidate 9 brings to ACCS.

Through the agile process and by working hand in hand with ACCS sites operators, ThalesRaytheonSystems has passed the Factory Acceptance Test of the Release Candidate 9 at the Massy premises, bringing additional features to the ACCS system, and reinforcing its structure.

This new release gathers in one system all ABT (air-breathing threat) features (non-real time mission planning and real-time air operations), together with air operations management of ballistic missile defence (BMD) in a new IAMD (Integrated Air and Missile Defence) release. A major improvement for NATO and NATO nations system, especially in high intensity conflict situations, to continue their mission to protect their citizens and territory.
