Thierry Weulersse is CEO of Thales Raytheon Systems Air Missile Defense Command and Control (TRS AMDC2), a joint venture between Raytheon Company and Thales Group.
In 2003, Thierry joined Thales Group and held several positions in the Air Defense, Electronic Warfare, ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance).
Prior to joining TRS AMDC2 in 2018, he led ISR business unit as Vice President, providing an extensive range of airborne, space, land and naval solutions for international and domestic market.
Over the course of his career, Thierry has held a number of managing roles with increasing responsibility across the enterprise. He brings extensive experience leading engineering, industry, program execution, and site direction.
Through these various roles, Thierry developed a wide experience in proposing solutions and delivering projects worldwide in cooperation with various major industries.
Thierry began his career in 1997 as engineer at Alcatel Space Industry.
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris.
